     We were getting ready to install new floors in our basement and needed help moving the sink. The turnoff valves were frozen.  We were really lucky that Connor was able to replace the valves And he also helped with the Toilet flange.  When the job is done on the floors… we are planning on having Connor come I. Stall the new toilets. We have worked with bulldog on other plumbing issues. Great company and Connor was really professional and just a nice guy!      I called yesterday with multiple non-emergency issues. Two technicians came out today, changed out 3 shower heads, repaired a fourth, did a yearly tankless water heater flush and changed out filter for whole house water filtration, got something unjammed from the garbage disposal and used a camera out our sewer system to make sure all was clear after a floor drain backup. David and DJ were experienced, fast, professional and friendly! They did it all in 2 1/2 hrs including leaving for parts! Bulldog is who we will call for any plumbing needs in the future!      Bulldog Rooter responded quickly and sent an excellent technician, Austin Many. Austin quickly assessed the problem, gave us options and the pros and cons for each option. Austin fixed our patio drainage issue and made suggestions on how to keep it from backing up again. Austin was personable and professional.      Thank you Bulldog for being so quick and efficient working on my clog. Vincent showed up withing 45 minutes of the call and went right to work!  Thanks again! I cant submit another review but I'll add this since Bulldog came out a second time for me, 5 stars still: Murphy’s law hit at 11 pm Saturday night—our main sewer line backed up into the basement. What do you do at that time? I called Bulldog. Their agent on the phone said they couldn’t get out right then but could the next morning. Sunday morning at 8:30, Vincent from Bulldog called. He was very polite and asked if we still needed help. YES PLEASE! Thirty minutes later he was at my door. He gave me options and was ready to get right to work. About an hour later he not only had the sewer draining again but worked the snake to clear the root intrusion as much as possible. He showed me the camera images and inspected all the way to the city main in the street—it looked so much better. Thank you, Vincent, for taking your Sunday to make sure our sewer was cleared and working!

Honesty and integrity are very important to me and I think Jeremy Archer has those qualities and more.
