We had a pretty serious plumbing emergency late in the evening (main bathroom toilet unexpectedly clogged and then gross water came up through the bathtub, indicating a main or shared line was seriously clogged)and after calling many other local plumbers at 8pm, I was either told they couldn't come till tomorrow or Wednesday while others would charge a $225 after-hours fee.

Then I called Bulldog Rooter who was able to dispatch one of their technicians with NO surcharge/after-hours fee! He made it to our house by about 10pm and got to work. Braeden was professional, he took time to explain his path to resolution and explained each step. When one path didn't work, we already knew what his next strategy would be so he updated us and then moved forward.

Long story short - he resolved the issue. By 1230am he was on his way. Being as late as it was, he never seemed tired or annoyed, but rather determined to help and knowledgeable. Even after he resolved the clogged shared line, he realized it went further down into the drain and went after it. By doing that he found that whoever installed the pipe clean out in our basement bathroom years and years ago, used a bolt that went all the way through the pipe, causing an obstacle for debris such as toilet paper to get caught and build up. He resolved that too.

We are so grateful Braeden came out so late so we could use our water without fear of things flooding or causing further damage AND we saved the $225 by using Bulldog because of their no surcharge fee since we are within their service area.

Thank you, Braeden!

Yo, Taylor pulled up on the scene like he just hopped outta a lowrider in South Central with a toolbox full of platinum hits. We had a unit colder than a diss track--no hot water, tenants lookin' stressed, vibes all bad.

My man took one look at the situation and said, "Say less." No cap, he went straight to work. No duckin', no weavin', just straight bars and pipe wizardry. Before long, the water heater was back droppin' heat harder than a summer block party.

Taylor got that real get-it-done energy. Dude treats plumbing problems like rap battles--he shows up, handles the competition, and leaves with the W. His confidence is smoother than a G-funk bass line, and his work is tighter than a freshly laid beat.

If plumbers had mixtapes, I'd be bumpin' "Hot Water Chronicles Vol. 1" all summer long.

Much love to Taylor for keeping the hot water flowing and the residents from taking ice-bucket showers. Homie earned every one of these five stars.

Straight fire. Would book again.

Easy to make appointment, Edward Baca was there right on time, totally friendly, my plumbing issues were fixed at a fair price. Easy. I will definitely use this company again.

Can't thank "Justin" enough!! Nothing worse than finding "dirty water" in your basement at 6 pm. Justin showed up within one hour and was ready to attack the issue. It ended up not being an an easy fix. On the South Hill where BIG OLD beautiful trees are well set into the ground with their roots well dug in -- they can mess up drainage. Justin rolled up his sleeves, put his hat on backwards, put his special gloves on and sent his live camera down the clogged drain. He then drew back his camera and sent his "Big Bertha Snake" down the main drain -- over and over -- removing large bundles of roots wrapped around "Big Betha" several times. Justin was not giving up anytime soon!! Through his tenacity and knowledge of the South Hill trees -- and "Big Bertha" grinding away -- the blockage was clear of the old South Hill root system -- for now. Can't thank Justin enough for his outstanding work...and kudos to "Big Bertha" too!!!

Our 15 YO gas water tank was losing efficacy. I called Bulldog Rooter, and they were able to send Taylor and Daidyn over, same day. They quickly assessed the situation and were able to replace the 50 G tank. They were both super polite and knowledgable. They worked well together and I was very happy with the work they did for us. Really good service! Thanks

Have used repeatedly due to quality of work, reliability, communication. Most recent simple job turned into uncovering more and more problems. Big problems. They didnt peel off to another job or shy away it was 2 days of HARD work (was surprised they even did some of it), handling multiple City inspector checks, everything to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If I was ever going to entertain the idea of shopping for that good little cheap plumber, I wont now. Ill stay with the professionals. Totally worth it.

We've used Bulldog twice over the past year or so. Excellent service both times. On one occasion, the plumber accidentally drilled a hole through a drain pipe which I didn't realize until he was gone. Called them and though there was a delay of a few days (it was during the deep freeze this winter) another fellow came out, did the repair and charged us nothing. Highly recommended.
