Thank you Bulldog for being so quick and efficient working on my clog. Vincent showed up withing 45 minutes of the call and went right to work!  Thanks again! I cant submit another review but I'll add this since Bulldog came out a second time for me, 5 stars still: Murphy’s law hit at 11 pm Saturday night—our main sewer line backed up into the basement. What do you do at that time? I called Bulldog. Their agent on the phone said they couldn’t get out right then but could the next morning. Sunday morning at 8:30, Vincent from Bulldog called. He was very polite and asked if we still needed help. YES PLEASE! Thirty minutes later he was at my door. He gave me options and was ready to get right to work. About an hour later he not only had the sewer draining again but worked the snake to clear the root intrusion as much as possible. He showed me the camera images and inspected all the way to the city main in the street—it looked so much better. Service was awesome and the specialist they sent out was very professional and was very friendly! and also very knowledgeable! Yo, Taylor pulled up on the scene like he just hopped outta a lowrider in South Central with a toolbox full of platinum hits. We had a unit colder than a diss track--no hot water, tenants lookin' stressed, vibes all bad. My man took one look at the situation and said, "Say less." No cap, he went straight to work. No duckin', no weavin', just straight bars and pipe wizardry. Before long, the water heater was back droppin' heat harder than a summer block party. Taylor got that real get-it-done energy. Dude treats plumbing problems like rap battles--he shows up, handles the competition, and leaves with the W. His confidence is smoother than a G-funk bass line, and his work is tighter than a freshly laid beat. If plumbers had mixtapes, I'd be bumpin' "Hot Water Chronicles Vol. 1" all summer long. Can't thank "Justin" enough!! Nothing worse than finding "dirty water" in your basement at 6 pm. Justin showed up within one hour and was ready to attack the issue. It ended up not being an an easy fix. On the South Hill where BIG OLD beautiful trees are well set into the ground with their roots well dug in -- they can mess up drainage. Justin rolled up his sleeves, put his hat on backwards, put his special gloves on and sent his live camera down the clogged drain. He then drew back his camera and sent his "Big Bertha Snake" down the main drain -- over and over -- removing large bundles of roots wrapped around "Big Betha" several times. Justin was not giving up anytime soon!! Through his tenacity and knowledge of the South Hill trees -- and "Big Bertha" grinding away -- the blockage was clear of the old South Hill root system -- for now. Our 15 YO gas water tank  was losing efficacy.  I called Bulldog Rooter, and they were able to send Taylor and Daidyn over, same day.  They quickly assessed the situation and were able to replace the 50 G tank.  They were both super polite and knowledgable. Have used repeatedly due to quality of work, reliability, communication. Most recent simple job turned into uncovering more and more problems. Big problems. They didnt peel off to another job or shy away it was 2 days of HARD work (was surprised they even did some of it), handling multiple City inspector checks, everything to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We've used Bulldog twice over the past year or so. Excellent service both times. On one occasion, the plumber accidentally drilled a hole through a drain pipe which I didn't realize until he was gone. Called them and though there was a delay of a few days (it was during the deep freeze this winter) another fellow came out, did the repair and charged us nothing. Highly recommended.
