I generally do not write reviews unless a company truly stands out. In this case, the service and overall experience exceeded my expectations in every way. I called yesterday with multiple non-emergency issues. Two technicians came out today, changed out 3 shower heads, repaired a fourth, did a yearly tankless water heater flush and changed out filter for whole house water filtration, got something unjammed from the garbage disposal and used a camera out our sewer system to make sure all was clear after a floor drain backup. David and DJ were experienced, fast, professional and friendly! They did it all in 2 1/2 hrs including leaving for parts! Bulldog is who we will call for any plumbing needs in the future! Bulldog Rooter responded quickly and sent an excellent technician, Austin Many. Austin quickly assessed the problem, gave us options and the pros and cons for each option. Austin fixed our patio drainage issue and made suggestions on how to keep it from backing up again. Austin was personable and professional. Thank you Bulldog for being so quick and efficient working on my clog. Vincent showed up withing 45 minutes of the call and went right to work!  Thanks again! I cant submit another review but I'll add this since Bulldog came out a second time for me, 5 stars still: Murphy’s law hit at 11 pm Saturday night—our main sewer line backed up into the basement. What do you do at that time? I called Bulldog. Their agent on the phone said they couldn’t get out right then but could the next morning. Sunday morning at 8:30, Vincent from Bulldog called. He was very polite and asked if we still needed help. YES PLEASE! Thirty minutes later he was at my door. He gave me options and was ready to get right to work. About an hour later he not only had the sewer draining again but worked the snake to clear the root intrusion as much as possible. He showed me the camera images and inspected all the way to the city main in the street—it looked so much better. Honesty and integrity are very important to me and I think Jeremy Archer has those qualities and more. Water heater went out on a holiday. Bulldog sent David right away, less than 45 minutes after we called.Very fair pricing and excellent service. David works fast and my husband and I were very happy with the water heater installation. We had a new unit and hot water again in less than 3 hours. Excellent!  I had a clogged drain in the disposal side of my kitchen sinks..  On a holiday weekend of course.  I called on Friday night at 8p and Tanner was there Sunday am at 9:20 and was done in 30 minutes!  He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The cost was reasonable, especially considering it was a holiday weekend.  I’m thankful mail they don’t charge a trip charge or extra for weekend or holiday. Our technician (Tanner) was professional, punctual, tidy and efficient. Explained our problem, provided multiple solutions and explained the costs every step of the way. Same day, friendly service with quote options.  DJ and David did a great, fast job of reaming out my garbage disposal. They even tested it a couple times to insured it worked.
