      I discovered a leaky pipe at 9:30 pm.  I contemplated calling in as an emergency, but decided it could wait until the next morning so I booked the appt online.  I received an immediate response, as well as a follow up the following morning and they arrived by 9am.   David and helper were prompt, courteous and efficient.  They repaired the leak and replaced an outdoor faucet.  Very happy with the outcome and will use their services again.

     Wow, these guys DESERVE 4.9 stars out of over 2,000 reviews!  I had been procrastinating a toilet problem for months and am leaving town for an extended period so I finally called on Tuesday.  By Thursday, Josh showed up and replaced the whole thing.  Done.  Service was immediate and excellent and I could not be happier!  Thanks Josh and thanks Bulldog!!

     Just had Bulldog Rooter (JJ) out to fix my backed up plumbing. They responded immediately. JJ was excellent in explaining everything that was going on and why. He got right to work. Problem fixed within the hour and his work areas all cleaned up before leaving. I am extremely happy with the service, especially having everything explained to me in layman terms. I highly recommend Bulldog Rooter for any and all plumbing problems. I was treated respectfully and while I hope to never have to call them again, I know if in the future I have any plumbing problems, Bulldog Rooter will be the ONLY people I'll deal with!

     These guys are incredibly efficient,  same day fix for backed up system and they came all the way to my house 80+ miles away from where they are located.
Josh was my technician,  the guys was great and very thorough. He documented the whole thing and took videos so I could see what he was finding.

     I called yesterday with multiple non-emergency issues. Two technicians came out today, changed out 3 shower heads, repaired a fourth, did a yearly tankless water heater flush and changed out filter for whole house water filtration, got something unjammed from the garbage disposal and used a camera out our sewer system to make sure all was clear after a floor drain backup. David and DJ were experienced, fast, professional and friendly! They did it all in 2 1/2 hrs including leaving for parts! Bulldog is who we will call for any plumbing needs in the future!      Got a flyer for Bulldogs usual tune up special so I called and got a same day service tech. Jeremy Archer was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, personable and a big old dork to boot so we got to geek out on Star Wars stuff while he did my fix. Unfortunately the tankless heater is a more expensive flush out but he still gave me a different discount thay applied.

He also recommended and ultimately installed an Ion polarization system after discussing options between that and a traditional water softener. Our pipe configuration wouldn't make for an easy and clean install on a softener but Jeremy was confident he could do it. We just didn't want a whole big install job at this time.

10/10 absolutely recommend Bulldog and Jeremy Archer!

     My bathtub and shower were profoundly clogged. I called Bulldog Rooter the morning of the incident and was able to schedule same day service for a reasonable price. The tech, Austin Many, was friendly, professional, and thorough.  After the job was finished, Austin took the time to explain what he had done and how to prevent any future issues.
